"Welcome to the 2009-2010 Chicago Playworks season! This year we'll take you on wild, transformative adventures as our heroes' quests turn their worlds upside down and inside out. Join us as we jump from Camp Greenlake to the Wild West in HOLES with Stanley Yelnats in his journey to solve the mystery of the crime he didn't commit. Watch two best girlfriends, Helena and Hermia, run away from their kingdom only to find themselves lost in a magical, fairy-filled forest in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM. And don't miss Haroun Khalifa, the young hero of HAROUN AND THE SEA OF STORIES, as he ventures from his home to the Earth's invisible second moon where all stories are born. We can't wait for you to join us in our celebration of so many brave, new worlds!"
